Desarrollo de servicios para vigilancia tecnológica

Abstract

[EN]If a frog is placed in boiling water, it will jump out; but if it is placed in cold water that is slowly heated, it will not perceive the danger and will be cooked to death. Without de ability to observe changing environmental conditions, the frog can find itself boiled alive before realizing it is in trouble. This is known as the boiling frog syndrome. In the same manner, it is impossible to be competitive without knowing and being aware of the environmental changes. From here comes the necessity for the Technological Watch and Competitive Intelligence. The main goals of this project are to evaluate the current Technological Vigilance System of the IK4-Tekniker research center and to develop services that help in improving the system. For that purpose, first of all the Technological Vigilance is going to be placed in the business field and its origins are going to be explained. Following that, the Technological Vigilance system of IK4-Tekniker is going to be analyzed for its evaluation. Finally the creation of the services previously mentioned are going to be described in detail, showing the technologies and tools used for that purpose like the Responsive Web Design.

[ES]Si se coloca una rana en una cazuela con agua hirviendo, la rana inmediatamente saltará y escapará. Pero si la rana se coloca en agua fría que lentamente va calentándose, no percibirá el peligro y se cocerá hasta la muerte. Careciendo de la habilidad para observar los cambios del entorno, la rana es hervida viva antes de darse cuenta de que está en problemas. A esto se le conoce como el síndrome de la rana hervida. De igual manera, es imposible ser competitivo sin ver y entender el entorno en el que vivimos y sus cambios, y de ahí nace la necesidad de la Vigilancia Tecnológica e Inteligencia Competitiva. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es, por un lado evaluar el actual Sistema de Vigilancia Tecnológica del centro tecnológico IK4-Tekniker y por el otro, desarrollar servicios que ayuden a mejorar el sistema. Para ello, antes de nada se presenta la Vigilancia Tecnológica en el ámbito empresarial y se muestran sus antecedentes. A continuación se analiza el Sistema de Vigilancia Tecnológica implantado en IK4-Tekniker para su posterior valoración. Finalmente se detalla la creación de los servicios antes mencionados, mostrando las tecnologías y herramientas utilizadas para ello como por ejemplo el Responsive Web Design.
