Las Mujeres en Colombia por la paz

Abstract

[ES] En esta tesina de magister se realiza, en primer lugar, una revisión teórica sobre los estudios de la paz y de la violencia desde una perspectiva feminista. En segundo lugar, ser revisa la evolución de la normativa internacional relativa a los Derechos Humanos de las Mujeres y al Derecho Internacional Humanitario. En tercer lugar, se aborda el contexto del conflicto armado en Colombia, la magnitud de la violencia en el país, las relaciones entre los distintos tipos de violencia y cómo afectan a las mujeres. En cuarto lugar, se revisan los diferentes roles de las mujeres en Colombia con relación al conflicto armado, tanto en lo que atañe a su participación en distintos grupos armados, como en su movilización social contra la guerra. Al respecto se analizan los discursos de género de las principales organizaciones de mujeres en Colombia para oponerse a la guerra.

[ENG] In this magister thesis is done, first, a theoretical review on the studies of peace and violence from a feminist perspective. Second, it is reviewed developments in international standards relating to Human Rights of Women and the International Humanitarian Law. Third, the context of the armed conflict in Colombia is addressed, the extent of violence in the country, relations between the different types of violence and how they affect women. Fourthly, the different roles of women in Colombia with regard to armed conflict; on one side, regarding their participation in different armed groups, on the other side, regarding their social mobilization against war. In relation to it, gender discourses of major women's organizations to oppose the war in the country are analysed.

[EUS] Magister-tesina honetan, lehenik eta behin, berrikuste teorikoa egiten da bakearen eta bortizkeriaren ikerketen gainean. Bigarren lekuan, ikuskatzen da nazioarteko Emakumeen Giza Eskubideei eta Nazioarteko Zuzenbide Humanitarioari buruzko araudiaren bilakaera. Hirugarren lekuan, Kolonbiako gatazka armatuaren testuingua, herriko bortizkeriaren tamaina, bortizkeria-tipo desberdinen arteko erlazioak eta nola eragiten dieten emakumeei. Laugarren lekuan, Kolonbiako emakumeen rol desberdinak ikuskatzen dira, bai talde armatu desberdinetako bere parte-hartzeari eragiten dionean, bai gerraren kontrako bere mobilizazio sozialean, armatutako gatazkari dagokionez. Horri buruz Kolonbiako emakume elkarte nagusien genero diskurtsoak gerraren kontra egoteko analizatzen dira.
