Etxebizitza baten kalifikazio energetikoa eta hobekuntzak.

Abstract

[EU]Garatutako txosten honekin, etxebizitza baten kalifikazio energetikoa burutuko da. Izan ere, gai honek orain dela bi urte sartu zen dekretuaren ondorioz berebiziko garrantzia hartu du etxe bat saldu edo alokatzeko orduan. Aipatutako kalifikazio energetikoa lortu ahal izateko CE3X programa erabiliko da. Horretarako, beharrezko izango da aztertutako etxearen datu aipagarrienak izatea (neurriak, materialak, leihoak...). Lehenik eta behin, proiektuaren helburu den etxebizitzaren kalifikazio energetikoa lortuko da, F letra eskuratuz, oso kalifikazio baxua dena. Ondoren, hobekuntza batzuk aplikatuko zaizkio etxeari energia eraginkortasuna hobetzeko asmoarekin. Hori eginez gero, E letra bat lortzea posible izango da amortizazio epe eta inbertsio nahiko onargarriekin.

[ES]Por medio de este informe, se ha realizado la certificación energética de una casa. De hecho, se trata de un tema muy importante, debido a que todas las viviendas están obligadas a obtener la citada certificación energética para ser vendidas o arrendadas. Esto se debe al real decreto entrado en vigor hace aproximadamente dos años. Para poder obetener la certificación energética, hemos utilizado el software CE3X. Para ello, será necesario tener los datos de la casa certificada (medidas, materiales, ventanas...). En primer lugar, se calificará energeticamente la vivienda, que viene a ser el objetivo principal de este informe. Obteniendo una letra F, una de las peores calificaciones. Después, se aplicarán unas posibles medidas para mejorar la eficiencia energética, de este modo se obtendrá una letra E con un payback y una inversión no demasiado elevada.

[EN]This document expresses the process followed to obtained the energetic certification of a house. In fact, this is very important, because all houses are obliged to have the above-mentioned certification, if they are to be rented or sold. This follows the requirements of the Royal Decree enforced approximately two years ago. In order to do this, we use the software CE3X. It is necessary to have all the details of the certified house (materials, measurements, windows...). To verify this, in the first place, we qualified the house energetically, which is what is explained in this document. We obtained a letter F, one of the worst qualifications. Afterwards, we applied some possible measures to improve the energetic efficiency. In this way we obtained a letter E, with a payback and an inversion which were not very high.
