Auto pistoi baten mekanizazioa egiteko prozesu orriaren garapena

Abstract

[EU]Gradu Amaierako Lan honen helburua industriako sektore anitzetan jarduten den prozesu baten deskribapen teknikoa garatzeabda, modu zehatz eta argi batean azaldua. Prozesu hau automobilgintza sektorean erabiliko den pistoi baten fabrikazioan emandako azken urratsa izango da, pistoiaren mekanizazioa hain zuzen. Prozesu honetarako beharrezkoak izango diren lehengaiak, makinak, erremintak eta bestelako jakintzak banan-banan azalduko dira dokumentu honetan; bakoitzaren zehaztapen eta ezaugarriak aurkeztuz. Ondoren, prozesuan zehar garatuko diren eragiketak ere azalduko dira, bakoitzaren garapenaren azalpen zehatz bat emanez eta prozesu orri bat garatuz. Horrekin batera, Alternatiben Analisia, Lanen Deskribapena eta Gantt Diagrama, Aurrekontua eta Proiektu Estandar bat osatzen duten dokumentuak ere bai agertuko dira. Guzti honekin, prozesuren deskribapen zehatza etabsakona lortuko da, pistoiaren fabrikazioa garatzeko ezinbestekoa dena.

[ES]El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es realizar la descripción técnica de un proceso industrial muy común en el sector de la fabricación, explicándolo de un modo claro y concreto. Dicho proceso es el último paso a realizar en la fabricación de un pistón destinadoal sector de la automoción, como último paso del mismo.A lo largo de este documento se describirán uno por uno todos los materiales, máquinas, herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para el desarrollo del proceso, explicando todas las características y especificaciones técnicas de cada uno.Posteriormente, se detallarán todas las operaciones realizadas a lo largo del proceso, profundizando en cada una de ellas. Así mismo, se adjuntarándocumentos propios de un proyecto de estas características como son La Alternativa de Análisis, La Descripción de Trabajos y el Diagrama de Gantt, un Presupuesto aproximado y otros. Con todo ello, se obtendrá una descripción detallada y bien desarrollada de este proceso de mecanización, indispensable para la fabricación de un pistóndestinado a laautomoción.

[EN]The aim of this End of Degree Dissertationis to technically describe a very common industrial process in the manufacturing sector, explaining it in a concise and clear way. This process refers to the last step of production of a piston head, which is the construction of the piston head itself. Throughout this document the materials, machines, tools and knowledge needed for the process will be described, explaining all the characteristics and technical specifications one by one. Subsequently, all the operations carried out through the process will be also described, delving technically into each of them. Additionally, the Analysis of the Alternatives, the Description of Work and the Gantt Diagram, an estimated Budget and other types of documents, that usually appear in this variety of dissertation, will also be attached. All in all, a completed and detailed description of the mechanisation process will be undertaken, which is essential for the assembling of any piston head.
