Abstract

The following document aims to show the reality of a business such as Lantegi Batuak. This business is known for being a one-of-a kind due to the way it carries out its activity. In a society where the importance of a respectful treatment and the right of having a fulfilling live for all individuals is gaining more a more importance a new necessity for business such as Lantegi Batuak is born. The goal of this enterprise is to manage to give to disabled people the chance of living meaningful and fulfilling lives with responsibilities and economical retribution that would help them to self-develop as individuals at the same time that they take care of their physical development trough de creation of active aging plans. Lantegi Batuak was known for being a business with a remarkable industrial leaning. However and thanks to the efforts of the new businesses department it is progressively dipping into the service market. To sum up the goal of this text is to present the case of Lantegi Batuak as a business reference in the field of helping disabled people to self-develop. Lantegi Batuak is a business that prioritizes life in front of economic income and that represent the most pure values of Corporative social responsibility. The document will focus on the department of new businesses which is the department that works day and night unrelentingly trough an unstoppable process of business opportunity search that would create income for the business. Nonetheless and even tough creating new streams of income is one of the main priorities the capability of the business to create new jobs for disabled people in Vizcaya is of paramount importance.

Este documento trata de presentar la realidad de una empresa como Lantegi Batuak. Esta empresa se caracteriza por ser única en el mundo ya que desempeña su actividad de una forma muy peculiar. En la sociedad actual donde cada vez se da mayor importancia al trato digno y al derecho a tener una vida plena nace un creciente sentido hacia empresas que realizan actividades como las que realiza Lantegi Batuak. Esta empresa pretende conseguir que las person as discapacitadas de Vizcaya sean capaces de llevar a cabo vidas plenas con responsabilidades y con retribución económica que les ayuden a realizarse como individuos. Además de también ocuparse de su desarrollo físico mediante el desarrollo de planes de en vejecimiento activo para personas con discapacidades. Lantegi Batuak se caracterizaba por ser una empresa con un marcado carácter industrial pero que poco a poco y con la ayuda del departamento de nuevos negocios cada vez se introducen más en el área de s ervicios. En definitiva, el objetivo de este escrito es presentar el caso de Lantegi Batuak como referente de empresa que se responsabiliza y ayuda a las personas con discapacidad a completarse. Es una empresa que prioriza la vida por encima del negocio y que representa los valores más puros de la RSC. En concreto se hablará sobre el área de nuevos negocios que se dedica a hacer todo esto posible por medio de la búsqueda de oportunidades de negocio que puedan reportar beneficios a la empresa. Pero en esta b úsqueda por encima del potencial beneficio económico prima la capacidad de emplear a las personas discapacitadas de Vizcaya.
