Kultur aniztasuna gelan: harrera-planaren garrantzia ikastetxeetan

Abstract

[EUS] Gaur egun, gure gizartea geroz eta globalagoa da. Gure inguruan herrialde, errealitate edota kultura ezberdineko pertsonaz inguraturik gaude. Eskoletan ere egoera berdinaren aurrean gaude. Beraz, eskolen zeregina hezkuntza inklusibo bat eraikitzea izango da, ikasleen arteko berdintasuna oinarri izanik, pertsona guztiak aintzat hartzen dituena, bazterketarik eman gabe, ikasle guztiei erantzunak emanez eta bizikidetza interkultural bat dagoelarik. Bestalde, gizartean ematen ari diren aldaketak ikusiz, interesgarria izango litzateke irakasleek aurrera eramaten dituzten metodologia guztiak egungo egoerara egokitzea. Azken finean, aniztasunari aurre egiteko hezkuntzak etengabeko aldaketak egin beharko ditu gizartearen erritmora joateko eta ikasle guztiei erantzun bat emateko. Aipatutako guztiagatik eta ikastetxeetan Harrera-planak duen garrantziarengatik, lan honekin alde batetik Harrera-plana nola landu eta aurrera eramaten den eta bestetik ea Eusko Jaurlaritzak eskuragarri duen Harrera-plana egiteko dokumentu orientabidea eskolek betetzen duten ikusi ahal izango da.

[ES] Hoy en día, la sociedad en la que vivimos es cada vez más global, debido a que en nuestro contexto podemos encontrar gente de diversos países, realidades o culturas. En las escuelas la situación es parecida. Por lo tanto, la tarea principal de las escuelas deberá ser construir una educación inclusiva, teniendo de base las diferencias entre los alumnos y las alumnas, sin ninguna exclusión, respondiendo a las necesidades de todo el alumnado y consiguiendo una convivencia intercultural. Por otro lado, debido a los cambios que está sufriendo la sociedad, seria recomendable que las metodologias que llevan a cabo los profesores estén adaptados a la situación actual. A fin de cuentas, la educación ha de hacer cambios constantes para seguir el ritmo de la sociedad y así combatir la diversidad. Por todo lo citado anteriormente y por la relevancia que tiene el Plan de acogida en los centros escolares, con este trabajo se podrá ver por una parte como se trabaja y se lleva a cabo el Plan de acogida y por otra parte ver si los centros escolares cumplen el documento de orientación para crear el Plan de acogida que pone a disposición el Gobierno Vasco.

[ENG] Day by day the society is getting more and more global. This lead to be surrounded by people from different countries and cultures. Since we are facing those changes at schools an inclusive education is needed, whose piles will be equality between students. We cannot leave aside that this system must be adapted to all type of people regardless their culture in order to have an intercultural coexistence. Besides, taking into account the continuous changes that are placing in the society, it would be interesting to update all the methodologies the teachers are carrying out. At the end of the day the educational system (teachers included) needs to be continuously ready to catch up with the changes of the society. This project will be focused on two main things. Firstly, how to create and put in practice a welcome plan and secondly, whether the welcome plan that the Basque Government provides is followed by schools or not.
