Abstract
DNA is an extraordinary material with which to build nanostructures. Go-ing beyond its genetic importance, nucleic acids can act as programmable building blocks for nanostructures, such as DNA Origami and DNA bricks. DNA is also a molecu-lar glue between nanoparticles, which help form DNA nanoflowers, thanks to the specific pairing between strands. This work presents different DNA nanotechnology techniques and combines them with active matter. Active matter are materials that are kept out-of-thermodynamic equilibrium and self-propel in the presence of a fuel. Here we present DNA self-assembled nanostructures that can self-propel assisted by catalytic nanomo-tors. This research is a step forward towards controllable transport at the nanoscale.; DNA material bikaina da nano-egiturak eraikitzeko. Garrantzi gene-tikoaz gaindi, azido nukleikoak nano-teknologiarako eraikuntza material programaga-rriak dira. "DNA Origami" eta "DNA bricks" (adreiluak) DNA nano-teknologiaren bidez sorturiko adibide nagusiak dira. DNA molekula itsaskorra ere bada, eta base-pa-rekatzeari esker nano-partikulen arteko interakzioa kontrola daiteke, adibidez "DNA nano-loreak" sortuz. Lan honek DNA nano-teknologiaren teknika desberdinak aur-keztu eta materia aktiboarekin lotzen ditu. Materia aktiboa erregaia kontsumituz oreka-tik kanpo mantentzen diren material mugikorrak dira. Hemen, DNA bidez auto-antola-tutako nano-egiturak aurkezten ditugu, nano-motor katalitikoen laguntzarekin higitzen direnak. Ikerketa hau nano-eskalako garraio kontrolatua lortzeko aurrerapausoa da.
