Transgredir el establishment artístico y morir en el intento: contracultura troyana

Abstract

How much do we really know about the impact of counter-culture on our history? Is it an old movement or, on the other hand, it happens again from time to time? In this article we will briefly analyze the subcultures which emerged from the late 1960s, with the aim of looking into the counter-culture in the present, and if it would be necessary to explore new ways to confront the dominant culture. We actually think over new tecnologies have a chance to come up against establishment and that´s the reason why we´ll use it as a resourceful media to fight in opposition to technocracy; ¿Conocemos realmente el impacto que ha tenido la contracultura en nuestra historia? ¿Se trata de un movimiento consumado o por el contrario se reproduce en la historia de forma intermitente? En este artículo haremos un breve recorrido a través de aquellas subculturas que han emergido desde finales de los años 60 hasta la actualidad,con el propósito de analizar el estado actual del movimiento y de si es necesario explorar nuevas vías con las que enfrentarnos a la cultura dominante. Creemos que las nuevas tecnologías ofrecen alternativas contra el establishment y es por esta razón por la que utilizaremos este medio como posible recurso de enfrentamiento a la tecnocracia.
