Eskola-bizikidetza eta gelako giroaren diagnostikoa 5. eta 6. mailan

Abstract

[EUS] Elkarbizitza pertsonen arteko harremanen oinarri eta aspektu garrantzitsuenetariko bat izanik, eskolan eta orokorrean hezkuntza arloan bizikidetza landu eta sustatzearen garrantzia goraipatu da lan honetan. Gelako giroaren inguruko diagnostiko bat egiten da Lehen Hezkuntzako 5. eta 6.mailako haurrekin. Honen helburua, Eibarren dagoen J. A. Mogel Ikastolako ikasleen bizikidetza eta harremanak aztertzea da, bertan egon daitezkeen arazo posibleei konponbide bat emateko, bai gelako bai ikastetxeko elkarbizitza hobetzeko helburuarekin. Horretarako ikaslearen eta irakaslearen ikuspuntuak hartzen dira kontuan: ikaslearen ikuspuntua aztertzeko 8 itemetako galdetegi bat eta soziograma osatzea xede duten beste 3 galdera egin dira; irakaslearen ikuspuntua ikertzeko, galdera laburrez eta test bidezko galderez osatutako galdetegia izan da erabilia. Erantzunak bildu ondoren, emaitzak azaleratzen dira bi mailatako erantzunak alderatuz eta irakasle zein ikasleen ikuspuntuak erkatuz. Emaitzen analisiaren bitartez ondorioztatzen da, nahiz eta bi mailatan hobetzeko alderdiak egon, 5. mailako gelako giroa okerragoa dela. Hau horrela, gelako giroa hobetzeko proposamenak luzatzen dira.

[ES] Siendo la convivencia uno de los pilares y aspectos más importantes de las relaciones interpersonales, en este trabajo se resalta la importancia de trabajar y promover la convivencia en la escuela y en el ámbito educativo en general. Se realiza un diagnóstico sobre el ambiente del aula con niños y niñas de 5º y 6º de Primaria. El objetivo es, analizar la convivencia y las relaciones de los alumnos de la Ikastola J. A. Mogel de Eibar, con el fin de dar una solución a los posibles problemas, tanto a nivel de aula, como de centro. Para ello, se han tenido en cuenta los puntos de vista del alumnado y del docente; se ha realizado un cuestionario de 8 ítems para analizar el punto de vista del alumno o alumna y otras 3 preguntas dirigidas a la elaboración de diferentes sociogramas; para investigar el punto de vista del docente se ha utilizado un cuestionario de preguntas breves y de test. Una vez recogidas las respuestas, se muestran los resultados comparando las mismas a dos niveles y comparando los puntos de vista tanto del profesorado como del alumnado. A través del análisis de los datos se ha llegado a la conclusión de que, aunque hay aspectos de mejora en ambos niveles, el clima de aula de 5º es peor. Así, se han realizado propuestas para mejorar el clima de aula.

[EN] Since coexistence is one of the most important pillars and aspects of interpersonal relations, this paper highlights the importance of working and promoting coexistence in the school and in the educational environment in general. A diagnosis is made of the classroom environment with boys and girls in the 5th and 6th grades of primary school. The objective is to analyse coexistence and relationships between students at the J. A. Mogel Ikastola in Eibar, in order to provide a solution to possible problems, both at classroom and school level. To this end, the points of view of the students and the teacher have been taken into account; a questionnaire of 8 items has been made to analyse the point of view of the student and another 3 questions aimed at the elaboration of different sociograms; to investigate the point of view of the teacher a questionnaire of short questions and tests has been used. Once the answers have been collected, the results are shown by comparing them at two levels and comparing the points of view of both teachers and students. Through the analysis of the data it has been concluded that, although there are aspects of improvement in both levels, the atmosphere in the 5th grade classroom is worse. Thus, proposals have been made to improve the classroom environment.
