Practicumeko prozesuak harremanak sortzeko gaitasunean duen eraginaren azterketa

Abstract

[EUS] Ikerketa-lan honetan practicumak bere osotasunean duen garrantziaz gain, practicuma bideratzeko mintegietan metodologia aktiboen erabilpenak duen eragina azaleratzen da. Lehenengoaren egunerokoei esker eta bigarrenaren inguruan egindako hausnarketek, pertsona zein irakasle moduan sentitutako emozioak eta horiek nire harremantzeko gaitasunean izan duten eragina dira lan honen protagonista. Hori dela eta, lan honek, emozioak, harremanak, hausnarketaren garrantzia, kontzientzia… bezalako gaiak erakutsiko ditu, irakasle lanbidea hautatuz gero, horietan bete-betean murgilduta egotea saihetsezina izanda. Lan honen helburu nagusia, practicumeko mintegietan metodologia aktiboak erabiltzeak nire konpetentzia emozionaletan, bai eta nire harremanak sortzeko gaitasunean duten eragina aurkeztea eta aztertzea izan da. Lan hau aurrera eramateko erabili den metodologia, autoetnografia izan da, aurretik aipatu bezala practicum osoaren egunerokoek eta mintegien inguruko hausnarketek posible egin dutena. Ondorioek ematen diote bukaera lan honi, eta zati honetan, prozesu osoaren iritzi pertsonala bai eta nire gain izandako eragina ageri da, lan honetan zehar jorratu diren gai guztien balorazio pertsonalaz gain, pertsona zein profesional moduan lan honek nire barnean aldatu duena.

[ES] En el presente trabajo de investigación, además de la importancia del Prácticum en su conjunto, se pone de manifiesto la influencia del uso de metodologías activas en los seminarios orientadores del Prácticum. Al diario docente basado en la primera y a las reflexiones realizadas en torno a la segunda, se le suman las emociones experimentadas tanto como persona como profesional, y la influencia que éstas han tenido en mi capacidad de relación. Por ello, este trabajo mostrará temas como las emociones, las relaciones, la importancia de la reflexión, la conciencia…temas que habiendo elegido la profesión de maestro, es inevitable no estar inmerso en ellos. El objetivo principal de este trabajo ha sido presentar y analizar la influencia que el uso de metodologías activas en los seminarios del Prácticum han tenido en mis competencias emocionales, así como en mi capacidad de generar relaciones. La metodología empleada para llevar a cabo este trabajo ha sido la autoetnografía, con la ayuda de el diario docente y las reflexiones en torno a los seminarios. Las conclusiones son las que ponen fin a este trabajo, y en esta parte se muestra la opinión personal de todo el proceso y la influencia ejercida sobre mí, es decir, la valoración personal de todos los temas que se han tratado a lo largo de este trabajo, y lo que este largo proceso ha supuesto y a su vez cambiado tanto como persona como profesional en mi interior.

[EN] In this research work, in addition to the importance of the Practicum as a whole, the influence of the use of active methodologies in the practical seminars of the Practicum is highlighted. To the teaching diary based on the first and to the reflections made around the second, there are added the emotions experienced both as a person and as a professional, and the influence they have had on my ability to relate. Therefore, this work will show topics such as emotions, relationships, the importance of reflection, awareness ... topics that having chosen the profession of teacher, it is inevitable not to be immersed in them. The main objective of this work has been to present and analyze the influence that the use of active methodologies in the seminars have had on my emotional competences, as well as on my ability to generate relationships. The methodology which has been used to carry out this work is autoethnography, with the help of the teaching diary and reflections on the seminars. The conclusions are the ones that put an end to this work, and this part shows the personal opinion of the whole process and the influence exerted on me, the personal assessment of all the topics that have been discussed throughout this work, and what this long process has meant and in turn changed both personally and profesionally within me.
