[EUS] Ordaindu gabeko etxeko lana hizpide hartuta, haren lan-izaeraren nondik norakoak aztertuko dira:
70. hamarkadako “Wages for Housework” mugimendutik hasita, gaur egungo Oinarrizko Errenta
Unibertsalaren aplikaziora. Horrek, errenta ezberdintasuna (NBEko 2030 Agendako 5. eta 10.
Garapen Iraunkorreko Helburuekin erlazionatuta) generoaren araberako lan banaketa oinarritzat
hartuta ikuskatzea dakar. Gainera, alde batetik, ordaindu gabeko etxeko lanak daukan balio
ekonomikoa aztertuko da, hura balioan hartzeak ekonomian izango lukeen eragina aintzat hartuta.
Beste aldetik, lan honek sorturiko genero ezberdintasunak gainditzeko hartu daitezkeen politika
ekonomikoak eta bestelako neurriak proposatuko dira. Azken finean, lanaren helburua da
ordaindu gabeko etxeko lanaren inguruko egoera ikusgarri egitea eta hura gainditzeko bideak
aurkitzea.
[ENG] An approach to unpaid housework focused on its labour-nature. The whole process from the 70s
“Wages for Housework” movement to the establishment of the Universal Basic Income will be
analyzed in order to dissect this reproductive-labour. Furthermore, gender division of labour will
be the basis to understand income-inequality as defined by UN’s 2030 Agenda’s 5th and 10th
Sustainable Development Goals. Firstly, the impact unpaid housework would have on realeconomy will be figured out, and secondly, economic policies and other measures to avoid
inequality regarding this topic will be put forward. Finally, the aim of this paper is to evaluate and
make unpaid housework visible and to propose a way to overcome all unfair aspects implied in
it.
