Arrotxapea kirol kultur elkarteko bazkideen gogobetetze, kalitate eta hautemandako balioaren azterketa

Abstract

[EUS] Kirol erakundeek azken urteetan gero eta gehiago hartzen ari dute kudeaketa on baten ardura, baita horren ebaluazioa egiteko beharra, zeinetan erdigunea bezeroa den. Lan honen helburua, Arrotxapea K.K.E. kirol klubaren bezeroek horrekiko duten pertzepzioa, asebetetzea eta kalitatea ezagutzea da. Hau aurrera eramateko jarduera gidatuetan parte hartzen duten bezeroei bideratua dagoen EPOD 2 galdetegia erabili da. Galdetegia 98 pertsonek erantzun zuten eta honen bidez lortutako datuak SPSS 15 programa informatikoaren bidez aztertu dira. Lehenik, lagin osoa harturik item bakoitzaren bataz bestekoa eta honen desbideratze estandarra atera dira. Bigarrenik, honakoan ere lagin osoa harturik datuak hiru dimentsioen (kalitatea, hautemandako balioa eta gogobetetasuna) arabera aztertu dira bakoitzaren bataz bestekoa eta desbideratze estandarra aztertuz. Hirugarren eta azkenik, azpi dimentsioen arabera (entrenatzaileak, instalazioak, materiala, jarduerak, komunikazioa, erakundeko langileak, gogobetetasuna eta adostasuna) miatu dira datuak, bai modu orokorrean, baita aldagai ezberdinak kontuan hartuta ere: sekzioak, interes taldeak eta bazkidetza. [EN] In recent years, sports organizations have become increasingly responsible for good management, as well as the need of its evaluation, which is designed around the customer. The aim of this work is determining the perception, satisfaction and quality of Rochapea K.K.E. sports club’s customers. An EPOD 2 questionnaire aimed at customers participating in guided activities was used to carry the study. The questionnaire was answered by 98 people and the data obtained was analysed through the computer program SPSS 15. First, the average of each item and its standard deviation were taken from the whole sample. Second, also taking the whole sample, the data was analysed according to the three dimensions (quality, perceived value, and satisfaction) by studying the mean and standard deviation of each. Third and finally, the sub-dimensions (coaches, facilities, material, activities, communication, organizational staff, satisfaction and consensus) were surveyed, both, in general and in terms of different variables: sections, interest groups and membership. In terms of the results of the study, the best-rated sub-dimensions were activities, coaching, and communication, where the highest rating was received by the activities. On the other hand, the worst rating was received by satisfaction, facilities and material, being satisfaction the lowest value of all. It can be concluded that the perception received by customers of Rochapea K.K.E. is positive, but it would be advisable to repeat the research with a more significant sample.
