Cifra negra e invisibilidad por parte de la sociedad hacia las víctimas de trata con fines de explotación sexual. Singularidades que comprenden el fenómeno

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo versa sobre la alta cifra negra del delito de trata con fines de explotación sexual y la invisibilidad por parte de la sociedad hacia él y hacia sus víctimas. Se pretende analizar el contexto legislativo que rodea a este fenómeno, los datos estadísticos referentes a él y los posibles motivos por los que existe esta elevada cifra negra e invisibilidad. Sumaremos a esto otras cuestiones como la explotación sexual y el debate entre la regularización y el abolicionismo de la prostitución. Todo esto se recogerá en un trabajo dividido en dos partes. En la primera, denominada parte teórica, se realizará un análisis bibliográfico de textos nacionales e internacionales. En la segunda se mostrará un análisis empírico, donde expondremos los resultados de una encuesta realizada a la población y de las dos entrevistas dirigidas a expertas en el tema que se aborda.

[EN]This work deals with the high black figures of the crime of trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation and the invisibility of this serious problem and its victims in our society. It is intended to analyze the legislative context that surrounds this phenomenon, the statistical data that refer to it and the possible causes that motivate the existence of this high black rate and its invisibility. To these aspects we will add other issues such as sexual exploitation and the debate between the regularization and abolitionism of prostitution. All this will be collected in a work divided into two parts. In the first one, called the theoretical part, a bibliographical analysis of national and international texts will be carried out. In the second one, an empirical analysis will be shown, where we will present the results of a survey carried out on the population and of the two interviews directed to experts in the addressed subject
