Torturas y malos tratos sobre la mujer en detención incomunicada: análisis de casos concretos

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo se centrará en el análisis de la tortura y los malos tratos hacia las mujeres en situación de detención incomunicada desde 1960 hasta la actualidad. Se examinará normativa internacional como nacional, así como documentos relacionados, con el fin de ofrecer una visión mayor sobre la tortura y los malos tratos desde un enfoque de género. Se busca explorar la realidad de estas prácticas a través de las experiencias personales de las mujeres afectadas. Se realizará mediante la escucha de ocho testimonios de mujeres que sufrieron torturas y malos tratos en régimen de detención incomunicada durante el periodo de estudio. Mediante un análisis de diferentes variables y la inclusión de fragmentos de los testimonios, se busca ofrecer una visión más completa y humana del tema. Estos aportarán matices de valor y permitirán comprender la problemática desde una perspectiva holística y acorde con la realidad vivida.

[EN]This paper will focus on the analysis of torture and ill-treatment of women in incommunicado detention from 1960 to the present day. It will examine international and national norms, as well as related documents, in order to offer a broader view of torture and ill-treatment from a gender perspective. It seeks to explore the reality of these practices through the personal experiences of the women affected. This will be done by listening to eight testimonies of women who suffered torture and ill-treatment in incommunicado detention during the study period. Through an analysis of different variables and the inclusion of fragments of the testimonies, the aim is to offer a more complete and human vision of the subject. These will provide valuable nuances and will allow us to understand the problem from a holistic perspective and in accordance with the reality experienced.
