Diseño de una máquina para la realización de ensayos de impacto.

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo de este trabajo es plantear el diseño de una máquina para la realización de ensayos de impacto que pueda ser utilizada por el equipo Formula Student de la Escuela. El equipo necesita probar la valía de su parachoques en unas condiciones que este artefacto simulará. Para ello, tras justificar las soluciones elegidas mediante los cálculos correspondientes, nos valdremos del programa Solidworks. Con la ayuda de las ventajas de ese software se dibujará el diseño propuesto y se podrá analizar la máquina detalladamente.

Unibertsitateko Formula Student taldearentzat baliagarri izango da, kotxearen kolpe-leungailuaren gaitasuna neurtzeko aukera izango baitute kideek. Makinaren funtzionamendu egokirako derrigorrezkoak diren kalkuluak egiteaz gain, Solidworks programan marraztuko da diseinua. Era horretan, errazago aztertu ahal izango dugu proposatutako ebazpena.

[EN]The aim of this project is to design a crash test machine that will help the Formula Student team of the University. It will simulate the conditions of a real impact so the team will be able to test its car's impact attenuator. The selected solution will be justified with the right calculations and then presented in the Solidworks program. That will contribute to an easier understanding and a better analysis of the different parts of the design.
