LaburpenaErregai fosilen erabilera, deforestazioa eta beste arrazoi antropogenikoak berotegi-efektuko gasen gehitzea eragiten ari dira, klima-aldaketa azken emaitza delarik. Atmosferako CO2¿aren kontzentrazioa handitzeaz gain, lehorte aldiak areagotzea aurreikusten da.Aziendarako belardiak oso garrantzitsuak dira abere-bazka gisa. Ekosistema honetan ingurumen-faktore horien ondorioak argitzeko, hainbat belarditako espezieen (lekadunen eta lastodunen) erantzun fisiologikoa aztertu da, ur-erlazioak, metabolismo fotosintetiko zein antioxidatzailea, hazkuntza eta espezie horien bazka-kalitatea ikertuz. Gainera, analizatu da larreetako espezieen arteko lehiaketa motak (espeziearteko lehiaketak edo espeziebarneko lehiaketak) eragin hori aldatzen duen.CO2-aren kontzentrazio altuak bi talde funtzionalen hazkuntza handitu zuen asimilazio-tasa altuagoari esker kloroplastoetako CO2-aren eskuragarritasuna handiagoa izan zelako. Hala ere, CO2-aren kontzentrazio altuak bazkaren kalitatea murriztu zuen Trifolium pratense espeziean C/N erlazioa handitzean.Lehorteak landareen ur-edukia gutxitu zuen, turgentziaren murrizpena eta estomen itxierarekin batera. Horrela, landareen kloroplastoetako CO2-kontzentrazioa txikiagoa izanda, CO2-aren asimilazio-tasa murriztu zen eta, azken ondorio moduan, landareen hazkundea ere.CO2-aren kontzentrazio altuak espezieen hazkundean neurtutako lehortearen eragin negatiboak partzialki arindu zituen, landareek pareta-potentzial handiagoa izan zutelako egungo CO2-aren kontzentrazio baldintzetan baino. Egoera hori lortu zen Trifolium pratense-ko doitze osmotiko altuagoak eta Agrostis capillaris-aren ur-potentzialaren jaitsiera murriztuagoak baimenduta. Gainera, kloroplastoetako CO2-aren eskuragarritasun handiagoari esker, asimilazio-tasa altuagoa izan zen lehortean egungo CO2-aren kontzentraziokoarekin alderatuta. Bi faktoreok baimendu zuten landareen hazkuntza altuagoa. Labore mistoko hazteak lastodunen hazkundea murriztu zuen bi arrazoiengatik. Alde batetik, lekadunen hostoen morfologia eta tamaina handiagatik argia xurgatzeko bere gaitasun murriztuagatik eta, beste aldetik, sustrai-sistema gutxi garatua eta ur-konduktantzia baxuagoa izanda, ura eta mantenugai mineralak eskuratzeko ahalmen txikiagoagatik.Emaitza hauek hasierako zenbait hipotesi baieztatzen dute. Horrela, CO2-aren kontzentrazio altuak eta lehorteak aurkako eraginak erakutsi dituzte, talde funtzionalen artean erantzun desberdinak azaldu dira, eta erantzun horiek guztiak konpetentzia-motaren araberakoak izan dira. Azkenik, belardiko espezieen erantzun fisiologikoa aldaketa klimatikotik deribaturiko CO2-aren kontzentrazio altuaren eta lehortearen aurrean jasango duten espezieen arteko konpetentziaren araberakoa izango da. SummaryThe use of fossil fuels coupled with deforestation and other anthropogenic causes have provoked an increase in greenhouse gases, with the final result of climate change. In addition to an augmentation in the atmospheric concentration of CO2, it is expected an increase in the periods of drought.Because of the importance of the grassland ecosystems as food for cattle, and to elucidate the effects of these environmental factors in the ecosystem, the physiological response of several grassland species (legumes and grasses) has been studied, analyzing the water relations, the photosynthetic metabolism, the antioxidant metabolism, growth, and forage quality. Furthermore, it has been investigated whether the type of competition (intra- and interspecific) to which plants are subjected alters that response. The elevated CO2 increased growth of both functional groups due to higher CO2 assimilation rates as a result of the increased availability of CO2 in chloroplasts. However, it reduced forage quality by increasing the C/N ratio of Trifolium pratense.Drought reduced the water content of the plants, while leading to a decline in the turgor and stomatal closure. This provoked a lower concentration of CO2 in chloroplasts, which reduced CO2 assimilation rate and, ultimately, growth. The elevated CO2 partially mitigated the negative effect of drought on growth of the studied species, due to a higher turgor potential than at ambient CO2, by a greater osmotic adjustment in the case of Trifolium pratense and, in the case of Agrostis capillaris, by a smaller reduction in water potential. In addition, due to the greater availability of CO2 in chloroplasts, the assimilation rate was higher than when the drought was imposed on ambient CO2. Both factors led to a higher growth. The growth in mixture reduced the growth of grasses, on one hand, due to a lower light intercepting capability by the morphology and larger leaves of legumes and, on the other hand, due to a lower water and mineral uptake capacity, because the grasses presented a less developed root system and a lower hydraulic conductance. These results confirm part of the hypothesis: that high CO2 and drought would have antagonistic effects and that differences between the functional groups would be observed, and that these effects would also vary depending on the type of competition. Ultimately, the physiological response of grassland species to elevated CO2 and drought related to climate change will be dependent on the type of competition to which they are subjected.es_ES
