Laburpena: alanbrezko errodamenduak iraulketa errodamenduen mota bat da, alanbreak errodadura pista bezala erabiltzeagatik karakterizatzen dira. Ondorioz, errodamendu konbentzionalekiko portaera ezberdina daukate. Berriki, Bilboko Ingeniaritza Mekanika departamentuko ADM ikerkuntza taldeak burututako ikerketa batean, bi errodamendu motak parekatu zituzten Elementu Finitoen modeloen bidez.
Gradu Amaierako Lan honetan, bolaren aurrekargako eragina alanbrezko errodamenduen portaera estatiko estrukturalean ikasten da karga axialpean, Elementu Finitoko modelo berdina erabiltzen. Muntaia egiten den bitartean, balore nominalak baino dimentsio handiagoko elementu ibilgailuak sartzen dira, aurrekarga deitutako kontaktuetan indarrak sortzen dira.
Fenomeno hau aztertzeko, zurruntasuna, karga estatikako ahalmena, indarrak ukipenean, alanbreren bila eta ukipeneko elipsearen trunkamendua analizatuko dira bi parametro aldatuz: aurrekarga eta ukipenaren Konformitatea. Abstract: wire bearings are a type of slewing bearings that are mainly characterized by using wires as raceway. Consequently, their behavior is completely different from slewing bearings. Recently, in a study carried out by the ADM investigation group of Bilbao´s Mechanical Engineering Department, both types of bearing were compared via Finite Elements models.
In this Final Degree Work, the influence of ball preload in static structural behavior of wire bearings under axial load is studied using the same Finite Element model. During the set up, rolling elements with bigger dimensions than nominal value are inserted, which generate forces in the contacts known as preload.
To study this phenomenon, stiffness, load static capacity, contact forces, wire twist, and truncation of the contact ellipse will be analyzed changing two parameter values: preload and contact conformity.
