Criterios e indicadores para la búsqueda de suelos y localizaciones óptimas para el desarrollo de actividades económicas

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo estudiar los factores de localización existentes necesarios para elegir el emplazamiento óptimo de una actividad económica. A partir de ahí, se verá como estos factores tradicionales han cambiado y ahora predominan los intangibles, basados en la sostenibilidad, conocimiento e innovación. Debido a la complejidad que poseen para ser medidos, se tratará de establecer unos criterios e indicadores que posibilitarán su medición para tratar de facilitar su uso en la localización. Para ello, se utilizará un método multicriterio llamado MIVES.

Hortik aurrera, faktore tradizional hauek aldatu direla eta orain, berrikuntzan, jakintzan eta iraunkortasunean oinarritutako ukiezinak nabarmenagoak direla ikusiko da. Neurtuak izateko konplexitatea dela medio, bere erabilpena lokalizazioan errazteko, bere neurketa ahalbidetuko duten zenbait adierazle eta kriterio ezartzen saiatuko da. Horretarako, Mives deitutako multikriterio metodo bat erabiliko da.

[EN]The purpose of the Proyect is to study the current factors affecting the location of economic activities, which are are required to choose the most optimal setting. From there on, the evolution of these traditional factors will be examined, observing that they have changed and now the intangible ones dominate, which are based on sustainability, knowledge and innovation. Due to the complexity they have to be measured, some criteria and indicators will be established, which will try to enable the measurement of the factors and ease its use on location. For this, a method called MIVES will be used.
