Programación de control numérico de un pedal de batería mediante el software Surfcam.

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo de este trabajo es programar y mecanizar un molde de inyección de aluminio, con el objetivo de obtener un pedal de batería. Para ello, previamente se necesitará diseñar en CAD el molde, para posteriormente exportarlo al programa Surfcam V4.0, donde se definirán las trayectorias de las herramientas teniendo en cuenta su geometría. Una vez definidas en el programa, éste se ejecutará en un centro de mecanizado sobre un tocho de aluminio.

[EU]Lan honen helburua aluminiozko injekzio molde bat programatu eta mekanizatzea da, bateria pedal bat lortzeko xedeaz. Horretarako, lehenik eta behin CAD bitartez moldea diseinatu beharko da. Ostean, Surfcam V4.0 programara esportatu eta erreminten ibilbidea zehaztuko da, haien geometria kontuan hartuta. Behin programaren zehaztuta, mekanizazio gune batean burutu egingo da, aluminio totxo bat erabiliz.

[EN]The purpose of this project is to program and machine of a mould for aluminium injection, in order to obtein from it a bateria pedal drum. For this, it will firstly be needed to program on CAD the mould for aluminium injection. After that, the program will be held in Surfcam V4.0, software developed by Vero Software, to define the path of the tool taking its forms into account. Once defined the paths on the program, this will be executed in a machining center over an aluminium billet.
