[EU]Lan honen bitartez irtenbidea eman nahi zaio barneratze elektroerosioan erabilitako elektrodoen fabrikazioari, gaur egungo elektrodoak ez baitizkiote soluzioa ematen hauek aurkeztutako betebeharrei. Horrexegatik hurrengoa proposatzen da: prezio txikiko material bat erabiltzea nukleoa egiteko, eta hau gaineztatu kobrezko geruza fin batekin laser claddingaren bitartez. Horrela elektrodoen kostua beheratzen da eta geometria konplexuen sorkuntza ahalbidetzen da. [EN]The objective of this project is to give solution to the manufacturing of the electrodes used in the electrical discharge machining process which show a lot of requirements that actual electrodes can´t solve. For these reasons, it is proposed to use a low cost material as the core of the electrode, and cover it with a thin layer of copper by laser cladding. In this way, on the one hand, the cost of the electrode would be reduced keeping its properties, and on the other hand, the posibilities of developing complex geometries would be increased.
