Innovación no tecnológica: ¿cuáles son los factores clave?

Abstract

[ES]Actualmente, el ritmo al que avanzan las innovaciones tecnológicas es muy elevado. Sin embargo, las innovaciones no tecnológicas están menos extendidas a pesar de ser parte importante del éxito de las organizaciones. Las innovaciones no tecnológicas, al contrario de las tecnológicas, no involucran necesariamente un cambio o adopción de nueva tecnología, sino que pueden apoyarse en el uso de métodos innovadores de negocio, nuevos conceptos organizacionales u otras formas inmateriales de cambiar las actividades empresariales. Es por esto, por lo que se analizarán distintas variables asociadas a la innovación no tecnológica para evaluar cuál es el impacto de cada una de éstas en dicha innovación. El objetivo del trabajo se basa en estudiar la relación que existe entre la actividad innovadora de la empresa con el porcentaje de mujeres en la misma, la cifra anual de negocio, el tamaño de la empresa, la importancia de los objetivos de las innovaciones no tecnológicas y con quién realizan estas innovaciones las empresas. Para ello, se realiza un análisis estadístico que tiene como fuente el panel de innovación tecnológica (PITEC).

[EN]Nowadays, the rate of progress of the technological innovations is very high.
