Certificación energética de la vivienda de Iñigo Alboniga Chirapozu

Abstract

[ES]Durante años se ha intentado producir energía de la forma más barata posible, sin tener en cuenta que lo más barato en realidad es no tener que producirla, es decir, bajar el consumo. El sector residenciar es uno de los mayores demandantes de electricidad y ahí se centrará el trabajo. Este proyecto ilustrará sobre este hecho mediante el análisis termodinámico de una vivienda y la posterior calificación energética haciendo uso de un software específicamente diseñado para ello. Después de calificarla, se propondrán una serie de mejoras aplicables a la vivienda con tal de mejorar la calificación y reducir así el consumo.

[EN]For years now the greatest concern has been to produce energy the cheapest way possible, not acknowledging that the real way to save is not having to produce that energy in the first place, that is to say, a decrease in the demand. The residential sector is one of the greatest electricity consumer and there should be put this work’s focus. This project will try to explain this fact by thermodynamically analyzing a flat and consequently rating it with a specifically designed software. After rating it, a series of improvements should be proposed in order to increase the qualification and reduce the demand.

Egoitza-sektorea elektrizitate kontsumitzailerik handienetarikoa da eta horretan fokalizatuko da lan hau. Proiektu honetan analisi termodinamikoaren bidez etxebizitza baten behaketa energetikoa egingo da eta ondoren horrek dakarren zertifikazio energetikoa lortuko da, horretarako CE3X software-a erabiko da.
