Diseño de instalaciones electromecánicas en la Bodega Marqués de Murrieta situada en Logroño

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se diseña una instalación de climatización y de producción de agua caliente sanitaria con objeto de cumplir las necesidades expuestas por la sociedad limitada Marqués de Murrieta S.L. Con más exactitud, se trata de una instalación a implantar en una bodega de su propiedad situada en el municipio de Logroño. Tras comentar los requerimientos exactos del cliente y los beneficios que éste obtendrá una vez se lleve a cabo físicamente el proyecto, se estudiarán las diferentes alternativas aplicables teniendo en cuenta las características de la propia bodega y de su entorno climático. Una vez valoradas las ventajas y desventajas, se pasará a detallar la opción elegida, explicando las propiedades de los equipos principales que formarán parte de la elección. Dado que se trata de una instalación de gran potencia, es obligatorio cumplir una serie de normativas y procedimientos para estar dentro de la legalidad, y así se justificará en un apartado siguiente. Seguidamente se procederá a calcular las potencias térmicas demandadas por cada una de las zonas a climatizar de la bodega, así como las características y dimensiones que todos los elementos principales deberán tener para hacerles frente. A su vez, se explicarán los métodos seguidos para el dimensionado de las redes hidráulicas y de los conductos. Por último, se mostrará el presupuesto que conlleva la instalación completa, el cual reúne tanto los materiales como la mano de obra y la puesta en marcha de cada uno de los equipos, y el proyecto finalizará exponiendo las conclusiones obtenidas. Proiektu honetan aire girotuko eta etxeko ur beroaren produkziorako instalakuntza diseinatu egiten da, Marqués de Murrieta S.L. sozietate mugatuak adierazitako beharrak betetzeko xedez, honek Logroñoko udalerrian duen bodegan ezartzeko asmoz. Bezeroaren eskakizunak eta instalakuntza behin betiko fisikoki eginda dagoenean honek lortuko dituen onurak komentatu ondoren, aplikatu daitezkeen aukera ezberdinak ikertuko dira bodega beraren eta bere eremu klimatikoaren ezaugarriak kontuan harturik. Behin abantailak eta desabantailak baloratuta daudelarik, aukeratutako alternatiba zehazteari ekingo zaio, bertan parte hartuko duten ekipo nagusien karakteristikak azalduz. Potentzia handiko instalakuntza bat izanda, derrigorrez arautegi eta prozedura batzuk bete behar ditu legala izan dadin, eta horrela dela justifikatuko da hurrengo atal batean. Jarraian, klimatizatu beharreko zona guztiek behar dituzten potentzia termikoak kalkulatuko dira, eta baita ere elementu nagusiek izan beharko dituzten ezaugarriak eta dimentsioak horiei aurre egiteko. Aldi berean, hoditeria eta aire konduktuak dimentsionatzeko jarraitutako metodoak azalduko dira. Azkenik, instalakuntza osoak suposatzen duen aurrekontua azalduko da, zeinak bai materialak eta baita eskulana eta ekipo guztien abiaraztea ere barne hartuko dituen, eta proiektuari bukaera emango zaio lortutako ondorioak agerian jarriz. In this project an air conditioning system and a domestic hot water production system will be designed, with the aim of satisfying the necessities required by the limited company Marqués de Murrieta S.L. More precisely, the installation will take place in a winery situated in the city of Logroño. After discussing the client’s exact requirements and the benefits he will obtain once the project is completely carried out, the possible different options will be considered, taking into account the winery’s own characteristics and its climatic environment. After evaluating the advantages and disadvantages, the selected option will be described in detail, explaining the features of the main equipment that will be part of the choice. Since the power of the installation is so high, it will be obligatory to meet some standards and procedures in order to be within the law. That will be justified in one of the following sections. Next, the thermal powers required by each of the areas of the winery that have to be air-conditioned will be calculated, and so will the characteristics and the dimensions of all the main elements responsible for confronting it. The methods used for the measuring of the water pipes and ducts will be also explained. Finally, the budget that the whole installation involves will be shown. It includes materials, labour costs and the start-up of the equipment installed. The project will end by exposing the conclusions reached. (English)
