Faktore gakoak eta oztopo nagusiak erabakigarri bezala berrikuntza teknologikoan

Abstract

[EU]Gizartea murgilduta dagoen garapen-fase berrian, enpresen eta bertako langileen ezagutza, sormena eta berrikuntza funtsezkoak bilakatu dira, gainerako eragileekin elkarlanean, biztanle guztiontzat onuragarri izango diren emaitzak lortu ahal izateko. Horri teknologiaren aurrerapauso azkarrak gehituz gero, berrikuntza teknologikoarekin egiten dugu topo. Berrikuntza teknologikoa aztertzea da lanaren helburua, hain zuzen gure ongizatearekin duen lotura estuarengatik. Zehazki, produktu edota prozesu berrikuntzak lortzeko gakoak diren lankidetza eta informazio-iturrien eta berrikuntza oztopatzen duten faktoreen garrantzia azpimarratu nahi da ondorengo orrialdeetan zehar.

[EN]Actually, the society is developing propelled by the research and the interactions between different agents. Employee´s creativity and the scientific and technological knowledge have got a great importance for getting that purposes and innovate the companies. If we add the fast technological cycles to all that facts, the result is technological innovation, which is the key for the real competitiveness of the enterprises and so, of all the countries. Technological innovation affects directly on the well-being of the inhabitants in each country, and that´s why the aim of this work is to study it, analyzing the key factors to get it, the cooperation and information sources, as well as the factors that complicate it, focusing in both, product and process innovations in their own.

[ES]La sociedad está inmersa en una nueva etapa de desarrollo, donde el conocimiento y la creatividad de los empleados de las empresas y su innovación han adquirido especial relevancia para conseguir el bienestar de todos los habitantes gracias a la interacción de todos los agentes. Si añadimos los rápidos avances de la tecnología en los últimos años, cabe destacar el papel de la innovación tecnológica en esa labor de mejorar el bienestar social. Es esa misma relación entre la innovación tecnológica y el bienestar social la causa de la elección de la innovación tecnológica como tema a analizar en este trabajo. Para ser más concisos, el objetivo del trabajo es indagar sobre las innovaciones en producto como en proceso, resaltando los factores clave para su consecución como son la cooperación y las fuentes de información y los factores que dificultan dichas innovaciones.
