Etxebizitza baten kalifikazio energetikoa eta hobekuntzak

Abstract

[EU]Txosten honen bidez etxebizitza baten kalifikazio energetikoa eta hobekuntzak aztertuko dira. Horretarako, behin aztertuko den etxebizitzaren informazio aipagarria izanda CE3X programa erabiliko da kalifikazio energetikoa lortzeko. Abiapuntua finkatuta hobekuntza proposamenak aurkeztuko dira etxebizitzaren kalifikazio igoz. Amaitzeko, txosten teknikoak eta aurrekontuak erantsiko dira proposatutako hobekuntzak egokiak direla baieztatuz.

[ES]A través de este informe se va realizar la calificación energética de una vivienda y estudiar sus correspondientes mejoras. Para ello, una vez adquirida la información necesaria se va a utilizar el programa CE3X para lograr la calificación energética. Establecido el punto de partida se van a presentar mejoras que aumentaran la calificación energética en diferente medida. Para terminar, se van a añadir los informes técnicos y presupuestos certificando que las mejoras propuestas son viables.

[EN]With this report we will perform the energy rating of a home and study its corresponding improvements. For this, once acquired the necessary information we will use the program CE3X to achieve the energy rating. Established the starting point is going to present improvements that increase the energy rating in different measure. Finally, the technical reports and budgets will be added certifying that the proposed improvements are viable.
