Reorganización de costes en pyme del sector Packaging durante la crisis

Abstract

[ES]En los últimos años, el mundo ha sufrido una crisis económica, por tanto se ha optado por hacer un estudio sobre los ajustes relativos a costes y producción que una pyme ha realizado para intentar sobrevivir este periodo. Debido al gran abanico de pymes, se ha enfocado el trabajo en una empresa del sector del packaging, una onduladora de cartón. Este trabajo se centrara en la medidas adoptadas por dicha compañía en una etapa previa a la crisis y se compara con la manera de aplicar dichas medidas durante la crisis.

[EN]In recent years, the world had suffered an economical crisis, so it has been chosen to make a study about the adjustments in terms of costs, organization and production of the SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) that it had been made in the company to survive to this period. Because of the wide range of areas in SME, this report has focused on cardboarded companies sector. This assignment will approach on the measures that have been taken in the cardboarded company since the beginning of the crisis and how they have affected the economy and the ecosystem of this SME in the follow through of this period.

[EU]Azken urteetan, munduak krisi ekonomikoa sufritu du, beraz kostuei buruzko doikuntzei buruzko ikerketa egitea aukeratu du, kostuak eta antolaketarenak ete batek periodo honetan bizirik ateratzen saiatzeko egin duela.
