Fabricación de una costilla del ala de una aeronave

Abstract

[ES]Este proyecto consiste en la fabricación de una costilla del ala de un avión, que tiene como objetivo en el avión dar forma al ala para que produzca la fuerza de sustentación necesaria. El proyecto se realiza con ayuda del Grupo de Fabricación de Alto Rendimiento. El proyecto incluye el diseño de la costilla y la fabricación. En el proyecto se tiene en cuenta el análisis de diferentes materiales y diseños, ya que van a ser parte muy importante de la pieza. Para el proyecto se utiliza principalmente una licencia de NX 10 y una máquina fresadora de 3 ejes, que forman parte del taller mecánico, que es donde el Grupo de Fabricación de Alto Rendimiento hace las investigaciones.

[EN]This Project consists on the manufacturing of a rib, which is the part that gives the wing of an aircraft the correct shape to produce lift when flying. This Project is made with the High Performance Manufacturing Group. The Project includes the design and the manufacturing of the rib. The analysis of different materials and designs will be taken into account, as they are an important part of the rib. For the Project, a NX 10 license and a 3 axis milling machine are used, which are both included in the Mechanical Workplace, that is where the High Performance Manufacturing Group researches.

[EU]Proiektu honek saiheski baten fabrikazioa azaltzen du. Saiheskia hegazkin baten hegoari forma ematen dio, behar duen altxatze indarra izateko. Proiektu hau Errendimendu Handiko Fabrikazio Taldearekin egiten da. Proiektuak saiheskiaren diseinua eta fabrikazioa barne hartzen du. Proiektuan material eta diseinu desberdinak analizatzen dira, materialak eta diseinua saiheskiaren parte garrantzitsuak izango direlako. Proiekturako unibertsitateko tailer mekanikoan dauden NX 10 lizentzia bat eta fresatzeko makina bat erabiltzen dira.
