Wells turbina baten hobekuntzarako teknologia posibleen analisia

Abstract

[EU]Proiektu honen helburua, itsasoko olatuen energia aprobetxatzeko erabiltzen diren OWC instalazioetako Wells turbinaren hobekuntzak aztertzea da. Honela, turbina honen aukera posibleak aztertuta geratuko dira, bai instalatuta dauden turbinak hobetu ahal izateko eta bai etorkizunean ezarriko direnetan aukera egokienak zeintzuk diren ikusteko. Horretarako, lehenik Wells turbinaren funtzionamendua azalduko da bere abantailak eta desabantailak zeintzuk diren argi geratzeko. Ondoren, bai geometriaren aldetik eta bai konfigurazioaren aldetik turbinaren aldaerak aztertuko dira desabantailak txikitzeko asmoz. [ES]El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar las mejoras de la turbina Wells, utilizada en la extracción de energía de las olas en las instalaciones OWC. Así pues, se van a revisar las posibilidades de esta turbina tanto para mejorar las turbinas ya instaladas como para elegir las mejores opciones en una instalación en un futuro. Para ello, primero se va a explicar el funcionamiento de la turbina Wells para establecer sus ventajas y desventajas claramente. Después, se van a analizar las posibilidades tanto de la geometría como de las posibles configuraciones de la turbina. Por último, se hará una comparación de las opciones, para poder ver cuál puede ser la opción para el funcionamiento mas optimo.

[EN]The aim of this project is to analyze the possible improvements of the Wells turbine, used in the energy extraction of the waves in OWC installations. Thus, the possibilities of this turbine will be reviewed both to improve the turbines already installed and to choose the best options in a future installation. To do this, firstly it will be explained how the Wells turbine works so as to see its advantages and disadvantages clearly. Then, the possibilities of both geometry of the turbine and different configurations will be analyzed. Finally, the comparison of the options will be done, to see what the option for the most optimal operation may be.
