Reducción de daños y riesgos: actuación policial

Abstract

[ES] Tras un breve repaso a las funciones atribuidas a la Agencia Comunitaria de Seguridad, el autor centra el marco jurídico de la actuación policial en relación a las drogas en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco y la coordinación de los diferentes servicios policiales, para finalizar con un recorrido por las distintas facetas de un problema que la policía atiende a diario.

[FR] Après un bref examen aux fonctions attribuées à l’Agence Communautaire de Sécurité, l’auteur centre le cadre juridique de l’activité policière par rapport aux drogues dans la Communauté Autonome du Pays Basque et la coordination des différents services policiers, pour finir avec un analyse des différents aspects d’un problème dont la policier s’occupe tous les jours.

[EN] After a brief review to the functions attributed to the Community Agency of Security, the author centers on the legal framework of the police action in relation to drugs in the Basque Country and the coordination of the different police services, and looks over the different sides of a problem that the police faces daily.
