Sobre la negatividad social de la muerte voluntaria

Abstract

[ES] A través del estudio de la eutanasia en relación con el pensamiento ilustrado y con la historia del pensamiento criminológico, se exponen algunos problemas, y las posibles vías interpretativas para su comprensión, sobre la "negatividad social" que presenta la muerte voluntaria.

[EU] Pentsamendu ilustratuari eta pentsamendu kriminologikoaren historiari dagokien Eutanasiaren ikerketaren bidez, heriotza boluntarioak aurkezten duen "gizarte ukapena"ri buruzko zenbait arazo azaltzen dira, problema hauek ulertzeko ahalezko bideekin batera.

[FR] A travers l'étude de l'euthanasie en rapport avec la pensée philosophique du Siécle des lumieres et avec l'histoire de la pensée criminologique, on explique quelques problèmes, et les possibles voies interprétatives pour sa compréhension, sur la "négativité sociale" que présent la mort volontaire.

[EN] Through a study about euthanasia with regard to the enlightened thought and with the history of criminological thought, some problems about the "social refusal" that presents the voluntary death are explained. Likewise, the possibles interpretation ways for the comprehension of these questions are pointed out.
