Diseño de nave industrial destinada a la fabricación de engranajes

Abstract

El presente proyecto aborda el cálculo de una nave industrial destinada a la fabricación de engranajes y estará situada en el municipio de Ordizia (Gipuzkoa). La nave tendrá un puente grúa de 1,6 Tn para el fácil manejo de la materia prima y una entreplanta para las oficinas. Estará constituida por 6 pórticos separados 6 m uno de otro, con una longitud total de 30 m y un ancho de 15 m. La superficie total será de 450 m2 y la de la entreplanta de 90 m2.

Proiektu honek engranajeak fabrikatzeko diseinatutako egitura industrial bat kalkulatzen du, Ordiziako (Gipuzkoa) udalerrian kokatua. Nabeak 1,6 tonako zubi-garabia izango du lehengaien manipulazioa errazteko eta beste solairu bat bulegoak jartzeko. 6 portiko bereizi behar dira beraien arteko 6 m-ko tartearekin, 30 metroko luzera eta 15 metroko zabalera totalarekin. Beheko solairuak 450 m2-ko azalera izango du eta lehen solairuak 90m2-takoa.

This project contains the calculations for the construction of an industrial warehouse intended for the manufacture of gears to be located in the municipality of Ordizia in Gipuzkoa. The warehouse will be equipped with a bridge crane of 1.6 tons to facilitate the handling of the raw materials and will also have a mezzanine for offices. It will consist of six porticos with a six metre separation between them, it will be 30 metres long and 15 metres wide. The total surface will be of 450 square metres and 90 square metres for the mezzanine.
