Racismo y sistema social: estrategias superadoras del racismo

Abstract

[ES] La mayoría de los informes sobre xenofobia y racismo apuntan a una situación de relativa tolerancia en España. Pero este país se ha transformado lentamente y no podemos seguir negando la existencia de un problema que incluso se ha traducido en un política legislativa de gran dureza. Partiendo de estos argumentos y tras analizar el concepto de “racismo” y sus características, se muestra la situación en España en relación a la tolerancia frente a los extranjeros.

[EU] Xenofobiari eta arrazakeriari buruz egindako txosten gehienetan ikusten denez, Espainian nolabaiteko tolerantzia dago gai hauei dagokienez. Baina herrialde hau aldatuz doa pixkanaka-pixkanaka, eta ezin dugu esan alor honetan ez dagoela arazorik, lege-politika gogorrean ikusten den bezala. Aipaturikoan oinarrituz, eta “arrazakeria” kontzeptua eta bere ezaugarriak aztertu ondoren, Espainiak, atzerritarren aurrean duen tolerantzia jarrera erakusten da.

[FR] La plupart des informes sur la xenophobie et le racisme indiquent l’existence d’une certaine tolérance en Espagne. Pourtant, ce pays s’est transformé lentement et on ne peut plus continuer à nier l’existence d’un problème qui a même donné lieu à une très dure politique législative. À partir de ces arguments et après avoir analysé le concept de racisme et ses caracteristiques, on expose la situation en Espagne par rapport à la tolérance face aux étrangers.

[EN] Most of the reports about xenophobia and racism denote certain tolerance in Spain. Nevertheless, this country is gradually transformed and it’s imposible to refuse the existence of a problematic that has generated very hard legislative politics. Starting from those reasonings and once analyzed the concept of racism and its caracteristics, the text explains the spanish situation of tolerance with regard to foreigns.
