Análisis por Elementos Finitos del cuadro de una bicicleta

Abstract

El principal objetivo de este proyecto es la simulación del ensayo de un cuadro de bicicleta, concretamente del Ensayo de choque (caída de una masa) definida en la norma española UNE-EN ISO 4210-6 que se describirá más adelante. Para ello será necesario crear el modelo del cuadro junto con la horquilla y la masa con la que se efectuará el choque. La simulación y el análisis se llevarán a cabo mediante un software de Elementos Finitos.

Proiektu honen helburu nagusia bizikleta baten koadroaren entsegu baten simulazioa da, hain zuzen ere, UNE-EN ISO 4210-6 arau espainarrean definitutako Talka entsegua (masa baten erorketa), aurrerago azladuko dena. Honetarako, beharrezkoa izango da koadroaren modeloa eraikitzea urkila eta talka sortuko duen masarekin batera. Entseguaren simulazioa eta analisia Elementu Finituen software baten bitartez lortuko dira.

The main objective of this project is the simulation of a bicycle frame test, precisely the Crash test (fall of a mass) described in the Spanish standard UNE-EN ISO 4210-6. To do so, the creation of the frame will be needed, along with the fork and the mass, which would carry out the crash. The simulation and the analysis will be developed by a Finite Element software.
