Lekeitioko zahar-egoitza baten hobekuntza energetikoa

Abstract

[EU]Hasteko proiektu honen helburua Lekeitioko zahar-egoitza baten UBS eta berokuntza instalazioaren efizientzia energetikoa eta kontsumoa hobetzea da. Horretarako, bi hautabideen azterketa egin dira: alde batetik eraikin honetarako energia mota hoberena aukeratzea eta bestetik, energia aukeratu ondoren galdararentzat zer nolako erregai mota dauden eta zein den egokiena aztertu egin da. Behin energia mota aukeratu ondoren, hau da, eguzki energia termikoa eta biomasa, kalkulu desberdinak egin dira diseinua eta dimentsionaketa egiteko, indarrean dauden lege desberdinak aintzat hartuz. Horretaz gain, instalazio osoan zehar erabiliko diren elementu mota ezberdinak azalduko dira eta hainbat plano desberdinak egin dira. Adibidez, eraikin osoa, sistema hidraulikoa, etab. Era berean, CE3X programa erabiliz, efizientzia energetikoaren ziurtagiria lortu egin da, gaur egungo instalazioa eta hobekuntzaren ostean lortzen den hobekuntza alderatzeko. Azkenik, aurrekontu bat egin da eta ondorioak atera egin dira.

[ES]Este proyecto en primer lugar pretende mejorar la eficiencia energética y el consumo de una instalación de ACS y calefacción de una residencia de ancianos de Lekeitio. Para ello se han realizado dos estudios de alternativas para elegir el mejor tipo de energía para este establecimiento y una vez sabiendo el tipo de energía que tipo de combustibles es el más apropiado para la caldera. Una vez elegido el tipo de energía, es decir, instalación solar térmica y biomasa, se han realizado diferentes cálculos para el diseño y dimensionamiento de ella teniendo en cuenta las diferentes normativas vigentes. Además, se han explicado los diferentes tipos de elementos que se van a usar en toda la instalación y se han hecho diferentes planos, como, por ejemplo, de todo el edificio, del sistema hidráulico, etc. También, usando el CE3X sea a sacado el certificado de eficiencia energética para comparar la mejora de la instalación actual y una vez mejorada. Por último, se ha realizado un presupuesto y se han sacado las conclusiones.

[EU]This project aims to improve the energy efficiency and consumption of an HW and heating installation of old people´s home in Lekeitio. With this objective, it have been carried out two studies of alternatives to choose the best type of energy for this building and once knowing the type of energy what type of fuel is most appropriate for the boiler. Once the type of energy has been chosen, that is to say, thermal solar installation and biomass, different calculations have been made for the design and dimensioning of it taking into account the different regulations in force. In addition, the different types of elements that will be used throughout the installation have been explained and different plans have been made, such as, the entire building, the hydraulic system, etc. Also, it has been done the energy efficiency certificate using CE3X programme with to compare the improvement of the current installation and once it has been improved. Finally, it has been made the budget and it have been drawn the conclusions.
