Rehabilitación de las instalaciones térmicas de una vivienda unifamiliar

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto es la rehabilitación de las instalaciones térmicas de una vivienda unifamiliar, de manera que pueda darse un buen aprovechamiento de las energías renovables y así reducir el consumo de fuentes de energía fósiles, contribuyendo a la conservación del medio ambiente. El proyecto comenzará con las exposiciones de diferentes alternativas de recursos renovables para la obtención de energía y la selección de las más adecuadas para la vivienda en cuestión. A continuación, se hará un análisis descriptivo de ésta, incluyendo la ubicación, datos climatológicos de la zona y su dimensionamiento. El proyecto continuará con un análisis de la demanda energética, tanto de calefacción y agua caliente sanitaria como de electricidad. Para lo cual se realizará un estudio de la carga térmica de la vivienda. Con ello, se diseñarán las instalaciones térmicas seleccionando los elementos más adecuados para la satisfacción de la demanda de energía. Por último, se realizará un análisis económico de lo que supondría la puesta en marcha del proyecto

Proiektua hasiko da errekurtso berriztagarrien aukera desberdinen aurkezpenekin energiaren lorpenerako, baita etxebizitza honetarako egokiagoak diren aukeraketarekin. Ondoren, honen analisi deskriptiboa egingo da, kokalekua, datu klimatologikoak eta bere dimentsionamendua gehituz. Proiektua eskaintza energetikoaren analisi batekin jarraituko du, bai berogailu eta osasun-ur berokoa, bai elektrizitatekoa. Horretarako, etxebizitzaren karga termikoaren ikerketa egingo da. Horrekin, instalazio termikoak diseinatuko dira eskaintza energetikoaren asetzerako elementu egokienak aukeratuz. Amaitzeko, analisi ekonomiko bat egingo da proiektua martxan jartzea suposatuko lukeena aztertuz.

The aim of this project is the rehabilitation of the thermal installations of an single-family house, so that it could make a good use of the renewable energies and therefore achieve to reduce the consumption of fossil sources of energy, contributing to the conservation of the environment. The project will begin with the expositions of different alternatives of renewable resources for the obtaining of energy and the selection of the most suitable for the building in question. Next, a descriptive analysis of it will be done, including the location, climatological data of the area and its sizing. The project will continue with an analysis of energy demand, both heating and hot water and electricity. For which a study of the thermal load of the house will be carried out. With this, the thermal installations will be designed by selecting the most suitable elements for the satisfaction of the energy demand. Finally, there will be an economic analysis of what the start-up of the project would entail.
