[ES] El comportamiento de compra del consumidor de moda hoy en día ha cambiado; su forma de consumir es muy diferente a la de años atrás y, por lo tanto, la forma en que las marcas deben relacionarse con su público también tiene que evolucionar. Los clientes salen de la comodidad de sus casas para acudir a las tiendas físicas y encontrar la prenda perfecta mientras viven una experiencia de compra memorable. Pero, el valor añadido que en ocasiones se ofrece en las tiendas no es suficiente; la clientela exige más y las marcas deben responder al respecto. Durante el proceso de compra, el consumidor actual que es omnicanal, no hace diferenciaciones entre canales y tiende a utilizar más de uno al mismo tiempo y las marcas, tienen que responder a estas nuevas demandas. Así, las tiendas físicas deben transformarse e incorporar la omnicanalidad en su gestión, si quieren seguir siendo una opción. Para conseguir este objetivo, las tendencias que va a seguir la tienda de moda del futuro están basadas en la tecnología más innovadora, para facilitar y mejorar la eficacia de todas las fases del proceso de compra y conseguir así que el cliente tenga una experiencia de compra que hasta ahora no ha vivido. La transformación de la tienda de moda del futuro estará enfocada en la combinación del canal on-line y off-line para ofrecer al consumidor un servicio de venta óptimo. [EN] Nowadays, the fashion consumer buying behaviour has changed; the way of consuming is very different from what it was few years ago. Therefore, the way in which brands relate to their audience must also develop. Customers get out of the comfort of their homes in order to go to physical stores and find there the perfect clothes while they are living a memorable experience. However, the added value which shops offer, is not always enough. Customers demand more and brands must respond to this. During the purchase process, the current consumer, who is omnichannel, does not differentiate between channels and tends to use more than one at the same time. Due to this, brands have to respond to these new demands. Thus, physical stores must transform and incorporate omnichannel in management, if they would like to continue being an option. In order to achieve this goal, the trends that will follow the fashion store of the future are based on the most innovative technology to facilitate and improve the efficiency of all purchasing process phases. In that way, the customer will live an unknown shopping experience so far. The transformation of the fashion store of the future will be focused on the combination of the on-line and off-line channel to offer an optimal consumer service.
