Diseño de una Instalación de abastecimiento térmico para una planta de acuicultura marina

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objeto especificar las caracteristicas tecnicas de la instalacion termica necesaria para proporcionar los servicios de agua fria y agua caliente a los procesos industriales actuales y de nueva implantacion en una planta de acuicultura marina. Para ello se adquirira una enfriadora industrial de gran tamano para dar respuesta a la demanda termica existente. Asi mismo, se contara con la instalacion de dos calderas de pellets que serviran de back-up en caso de averia o mantenimiento y, tambien, como soporte de ayuda en los meses mascriticos del año. Las principales ventajas de la solucion aportada son aquellas que tienen que ver con el medio ambiente, sobre todo las reducidas emisiones que genera y la sostenibilidad de los recursos que utiliza como combustible. En el aspecto economico tambien se consigue una mejora en cuanto a consumos se refiere, y con esto, un ahorro del coste energetico necesario para hacer funcionar la planta en comparacion, con la situacion previa, en la cual la demanda termica era satisfecha con calderas de fuel. En el documento posterior, se profundizara acerca de los calculos que han sido necesarios para el dimensionamiento de todos los equipos que componen la sala de maquinas, asi como, de todas las graficas y tablas que permitieron realizar el estudio de viabilidad previo.

The purpose of this project is to specify the technical characteristics of the thermal installation necessary to provide cold and hot water services to current and newly-installed industrial processes in a marine aquaculture plant. For this, a large industrial chiller will be purchased in order to answer the existing thermal demand. Likewise, two pellet boilers will be installed so that they will serve as a back-up in case of breakdown or maintenance and, also, as support for the most critical months of the year. The main advantages of the solution provided are those that have to do with the environment, especially the low emissions it generates and the sustainability of the resources it uses as fuel. In the economic aspect, an improvement in terms of consumption is also achieved, and with this, a saving of the energy cost, necessary to operate the plant in comparison with the previous situation, in which the thermal demand was satisfied with fuel boilers. In the following document, it will be deepened about the calculations that have been necessary for ththe sizing of all the equipment that make up the engine room, as well as, of all the graphs and tables that allowed to carry out the previous feasibility study.

Proiektu honen helburua itsasoetako akuikultura instalazioetan ur hotz eta ur beroen hornikuntzan parte hartzen duten instalazio termikoen ezaugarri teknikoak zehaztea eta azaltzea da, bai gaur egungo bai instalazio berrietan. Horretarako, eskari termikoari hozgailu industrial handi baten bidez erantzuna emango zaio. Era berean, bi pellet galdar instalatuko dira, bai hondatze eta mantentze lanen kasuetan sostengu eman dezaten, baita urtean zehar hilabete kritikoetan laguntza gisa ere. Emandako konponbidea ingurumenaren aldetik abantail nagusiak dakartza. Alde batetik, emisioak nabari murriztuta ikusi dira, bestetik, erragai gisa erabiltzen diren baliabideen iraunkortasuna hobetu egin dira ere.
