Estudio técnico de implantación de sistema BRT en Vitoria-Gasteiz

Abstract

RESUMEN CASTELLANO

El Ayuntamiento de Vitoria Gasteiz, ha presentado, un nuevo gran proyecto para intentar mejorar la movilidad en la capital alavesa. Este consiste, en introducir en Vitoria una nueva forma de transporte. El sistema BRT. Un autobús completamente eléctrico, con calzada segregada y prioridad semafórica. La propuesta del Ayuntamiento, es básicamente, sustituir una actual línea de autobuses urbanos, por este nuevo método de transporte. Por supuesto, que esto se traduciría en una mejora de la movilidad vitoriana, pero también es cierto, que no estaría mejorando todo lo que con este sistema podría mejorarse. Utilizando este sistema, pero implementándolo en otro trazado, la movilidad Vitoriana, realmente se vería mejorada. Cierto es que la línea 2 de los autobuses de Vitoria, es la que tiene una mayor afluencia de viajeros. Pero su principal problema, es que sigue dejando “de lado” a los nuevos y más poblados barrios de Vitoria, Zabalgana y Salburua. Es por ello, que en este proyecto voy a realizar una propuesta alternativa a la emitida por el ayuntamiento.

The City Council of Vitoria Gasteiz has presented a new great project to try to improve the mobility in the capital of Álava. This consists of introducing a new form of transport in Vitoria. The BRT system. A fully electric bus, with segregated road and traffic light priority. The City Council's proposal is basically to replace a current urban bus line with this new method of transportation. Of course, this would improve vitorian mobility, but it is also true that everything that could be improved with this system would not be improved. Using this system, but implementing it in another layout, the mobility would really be improved. It is true that line 2 of Vitoria´s buses, is the one that has a greater influx of travelers. But it´s main problem is that it still does not affect the new and more populated neighborhoods of Vitoria, Zabalgana and Salburua. That is why, in this project I will make an alternative proposal to the one proposed by the city council.

Gasteizko Udalak Arabako hiriburuan mugikortasuna hobetzeko proiektu berri bat aurkeztu dugu. Garraiobide mota Berri bat sartzean datza. BRT sistema. Erabat elektrikoa den autobusa, galtzada segregatuarekin eta zirculazio-argi lehentasunarekin.
