como disolvente y GO. Laburpena: lan honen asmoa, ehunen ingenieritzan, PLLA GO partikula bioaktiboen
gehiketaren eta 1,4 dioxanoren bidez sortutako scaffolden mikroegituran eta in
vitroko degradazioan izan duten eragina aztertzea izan da. TIPS (Termikoki
Eragindako Fase Banaketa) izan da fabrikaziorako erabilitako teknika. Scaffoldak
lortu ondoren, zazpi astez in vitro degradazio-azterketa egin da PBSa erabilita,
37ºC-ra hainbat propietate aztertuz: PBSaren (Phosphate Buffer Solution)
xurgapenak, masa galtzea, pH-bariazioa. Analisi termiko diferentziala ere egin da
(DSC) eta bere mikroegitura SEM sistemaren (Barrido Mikroskopio Elektronikoa)
bidez aztertu da. Abstract: the objective of this work has been the effect of the analysis of the incorporation of
GO (Graphene Oxide) in the microstructure of scaffolds created by PLLA, 1, 4
dioxane and GO for tissue engineering. Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS)
is the fabrication technique used. Once the scaffolds were obtained, it has been
done a seven week in vitro degradation in Phosphate Buffer Solution (PBS) at 37ºC
studying the pH variation, weight loss and the absorption of phosphate buffer
solution (PBS). Also, a differential Calorimetry Scanning (DSC) research was done
and the microstructure was determined by the Electronic Scanning Microscopy
(SEM)
