Laburpena: Norbega S.L. enpresaren beira botilaratze lerroarekiko ikerketa osoa egin da, bai eta
garbiketa, deskajoitze eta deshitsatze estazioen azterketa sakona ere. Honetarako, MeiA
metodologia erabili da, prozesu automatizazio ingeniaritzan, kontrolerako softwarearen
garapena gidatzen duena. Azterketa bukatzerakoan eta diseinua GRAFCET lengoaia
moderatuaren bitartez egin ostean, Siemens etxeko PLC S7-1500 batean egin da
inplementazioa eta estazio bakoitzarentzako HMI pantaila denak garatu dira. Azkenik,
kontrol orokorreko sistemaren diseinua garatu da, bere estazioen aldi bereko kontrolaren
inplementazioarekin batera. Abstract: a complete study of the glass bottling line of the company Norbega S.L. and in-depth
analysis of the depalletizing, unboxing and washing stations has been carried out. For this
purpose, the MeiA methodology has been used which guides the development of control
software in the field of process automation engineering. Once the analysis has been
completed and the design was carried out using the GRAFCET modelling language, the
implementation has been carried out in a Siemens S7-1500 PLC and developed each of the
HMI displays for each of the stations. Finally, the design of the general control system and
its implementation for simultaneous control of the stations has been carried out
