Eskola-baratzeak hezkuntza-baliabide gisa duen erabilera

Abstract

[EUS] Gradu Amaierako Lan honen helburu nagusia Oinarrizko Hezkuntzan eskola-baratzeak hezkuntza-baliabide gisa duen erabilera ikertzea da. Horretarako, eskola-baratzearekin erlazionatutako iturri desberdinetako informazioa bildu ostean, galdetegi bat diseinatu da, zeina Eskolako Agenda 21 eta STEAM proiektuaren formakuntzan parte hartu duten Bizkaiko baratzedun ikastetxeei bidalita izan den. Horrez gain, eta ikerketa Haur Hezkuntzara bideratzeko asmoz, analisian sakondu da ikastetxe bakar bati denbora gehiago eskainiz. Lortutako emaitzekin egoera definitzen saiatu da eskola-baratzeak hezkuntza-baliabide gisa duen erabileraren garapenean laguntzeko asmoz.

[ES] El objetivo principal del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado es investigar la utilización del huerto escolar como medio educativo en la Educación Básica. Para ello, tras recopilar información de diferentes fuentes relacionadas con el huerto escolar, se ha diseñado un cuestionario, el cual ha sido ofrecido a los colegios que forman parte de la Agenda 21 Escolar y de la formación del proyecto STEAM de la provincia de Vizcaya. Además de eso, y con el objetivo de centrar la investigación en Educación Infantil, se ha profundizado en el análisis dedicándole más tiempo a un solo colegio. Con los resultados obtenidos se ha intentado definir la situación con el objetivo de ayudar al desarrollo de la utilización del huerto escolar como recurso educativo

[EN] The main aim of the present Degree Final Project is to investigate the use of the school garden as an educational resource in Elementary Education. For that, after collecting information from different sources related to the school garden, a survey has been designed, which has been offered to the schools that are included in The School Agenda 21 and in the STEAM project’s formation of the province of Biscay. In addition, and with the objective of focusing research on Early Childhood Education, it has deepened the analysis dedicating more time at a single school. With the results obtained it has tried to define the situation with the goal of helping the development of the use of the school garden as an educational resource.
