Aplicación de la reacción nitro-Mannich a la síntesis de ganma-amino vinil sulfonas quirales

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo de fin de grado, se ha estudiado la síntesis estereoselectiva de γ- amino vinil sulfonas empleando la reacción de aza-Henry asimétrica, entre el 2-nitroetilsulfonil benceno y N-Boc iminas promovida por una base de Brᴓnsted bifuncional de tipo ureidopeptídico, y posterior eliminación de ácido nitroso. El objetivo del trabajo era comprobar la generalidad del procedimiento para N-Boc iminas con diferentes sustituyentes en el anillo aromático empleando la metodología que se había puesto a punto en el laboratorio de Catálisis Asimétrica y Síntesis Química del Departamento de Química Orgánica I de la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas de San Sebastián.

[EN]In this final degree work, it has been studied the stereoselective synthesis of γ- amino vinyl sulfones through the asymmetric aza-Henry reaction between 2-nitroethylsulfonyl benzene and N-Boc imines promoted by a Brønsted bifunctional ureidopeptide base and subsequent elimination of nitrous acid. The aim of the work was to verify the generality of the procedure for N-Boc imines with different substituents in the aromatic ring, using the methodology that had been previously developed in the Asymmetric Catalysis and Chemical Synthesis Group of the Department of Organic Chemistry I of the Faculty of Chemical Sciences in San Sebastián.
