La industria 4.0 y las nuevas formas de trabajar: una perspectiva desde el caso mexicano en tiempos del COVID 19

Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze the new ways of working and their social protection as a result of the industry 4.0 from a mexican perspective, emphasizing in the times of COVID-19.Technologies have changed the way of conceiving and developing the lives of people where work is no stranger to it, these technologies have allowed to perform new ways of working that had not previously been implemented and are currently gaining strength due to the pandemic generated by the COVID-19 virus.In this context, this work will be developed through the use of the systematic method through three subsystems; new ways of working in the industry 4.0; work in Mexico and COVID-19 and; social protection in the industry 4.0. Finally, the final reflections of the work are established as well as the sources of research.; El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar las nuevas formas de trabajar y su protección social a raíz de la industria 4.0 desde una perspectiva mexicana haciendo énfasis en los tiempos del COVID-19.Las tecnologías han cambiado la forma de concebir y desarrollar la vida de las personas donde el trabajo no es ajeno a ello, estas tecnologías han permitido desempeñar nuevas formas de trabajar que con anterioridad no se habían implementado y actualmente han cobrado fuerza por la pandemia generada por el virus COVID-19.En ese contexto, este trabajo se desarrollará mediante el uso del método sistemático a través de tres subsistemas: nuevas formas de trabajar en la industria 4.0; trabajo en México y COVID-19 y; la construcción de un piso de protección social frente la industria 4.0. Por último se establecen las reflexiones finales del trabajo así como las fuentes de investigación.
