Irakaskuntza jardunaren dimentsio pertsonala: irakaslearen analisi pertsonalari buruzko ikerketa

Abstract

[EU] Irakaslearen rolari buruz hitz egiten denean zaila da dimentsio pertsonalaren eta profesionalaren arteko muga non dagoen zehaztea. Izan ere, hori da irakaskuntzaren ezaugarri bereizgarrietako bat: irakasleak, bere jardunean, bizipenak, itzalak, aurreiritziak...dituen subjektu integral moduan parte hartzen duela. Zoritxarrez, gutxi landu da horren inguruan, nahiz eta horrek ikas-irakaskuntzaren aspektu askotan eragina izan. Horregatik, irakasleen analisi pertsonalaren garrantzia aldarrikatzekoeta marko honi ekarpenbat egiteko, ikerketa bat burutu zen. Emaitzetan, irakasleek gaia garrantzitsua ikusten dutela, eta norberaren iraganak irakaskuntzan eragina duela, jaso zen. Hala ere, irakasleek autoezagutzarako lan sakon bat burutzeari dagokionez, hutsune handi bat dago.

[ES] Cuando se habla del rol del profesor/a, es difícil delimitar la frontera entre la dimensión personal y profesional. De hecho este es uno de los rasgos distintivos de la enseñanza: que el/la profesor/a participa en su actividad como sujeto integral con vivencias, sombras, prejuicios...Desgraciadamente, se ha trabajado poco en este sentido, aunque ello incida en muchos aspectos del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. Por ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio, con el fin de reivindicar la importancia del análisis personal del profesorado y hacer una aportación a este marco. Los resultados mostraron la importancia del tema por parte del profesorado, y la influencia que tiene el pasado personal en la enseñanza. Sin embargo, en lo que respecta a un trabajo de autoconocimiento por parte del profesorado, existe un gran vacío.

[EN] When talking about teacher role, it is difficult to define where the border between the personal and professional dimension is. In fact, this is one of the distinctive features of teaching: the teacher participates in his activity as an integral subject with experiences, shadows, prejudices... Unfortunately, despite this impact on many aspects of teaching-learning process, little work has been done in this sense. Therefore, a study was carried out to claim the importance of teachers ́ personal analysis and to make a contribution to this framework. The results showed the importance given by teachers to this subject and the influence that their own past has on teaching. However, when it comes to a deep self-knowledge work by teachers, there is a big gap.
