Influence of Isovalent Dopants on Critical Bahavior and Dynamic Thermal Properties of Sn(Pb)2P2S(Se)6 Ferroelectric Crystals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study has been to study the thermal properties of the phosphous chacogenide ferroelectric family Sn(Pb)2P2S(Se)6 in a very wide temperature range (from 30K to 350K), studying the critical behaviour of the continuous phase transitios, exploring both the classical models as well as those predicted by renormalization group theory.
