Berdintasunaren alde egiteko jolastokiaren antolaketa berria

Abstract

[EUS] Lan hau Ikaskuntza-zerbitzuaren metodologian oinarritu da eta horretarako ikastetxe batean indagatu zen jakiteko zer nolako beharrak zituzten, modu honetan, Ikastolako jolastokiaren antolaketa berri bat egitea izan da helburuetako bat, betiere mutil eta nesken arteko berdintasunaren, inklusioaren alde lan eginez.

Hori aurrera eramateko beharrezkoa izan dugu ikastolaren laguntza, bertan parte hartu duten ikasle, irakasle edota zuzendaritza taldearena hain zuzen ere. 2 astetan zehar burutu den zerbitzua 5 eta 6.mailako ikasleen patioko antolaketa berri batean oinarritu da. 64 ikaslerentzako, hain zuzen ere 5.mailako 36 ikasle eta 6.mailako 28 neska eta mutil. Informazioa eskuratzeko tresna desberdinak erabili dira, egunerokoa eta behaketa besteak beste. Horretaz gain, aste bakoitzaren bukaeran ebaluazio bat pasatu zaie ikasleei hobekuntzak egite aldera, baina baita ere informazio baliagarri bat eskuratu ahal izateko.

Jolas tokiaren espazio 6 gunetan banatu zen eta ikusi ahal izan genuen bezala, gehien erabili zen espazioa frontoia izan zen eta lortu genuen neska eta mutilek gune berdinetan jolasteko aukera izatea, hau da, jolas leskuko espazioaren banaketa ikasleen artean parekatua egotea, besteak beste. Horrez gain ondorioztatu dugu ikasle batzuek berdintasunaren kontzeptua oso barneratuta dutela, baina badaudela beste batzuk oraindik ez direnak desberdintasunaz konturatzen.

[ES] Este trabajo se ha basado en la metodología al servicio del Aprendizaje y para ello hemos investigado un centro concreto y sus necesidades. De esta forma, uno de los objetivos ha sido diseñar una nueva organización del patio, siempre teniendo en cuenta la inclusión y la igualdad entre chicos y chicas. El espacio del patio se dividió en 6 zonas y, como pudimos comprobar, el más utilizado fue el frontón. Conseguimos que tanto chicos como chicas tuvieran la oportunidad de jugar en los mismos espacios; esto es, que hubiera un reparto equilibrado del espacio. Además, hemos confirmado el hecho de que algunos alumnos y alumnas tienen el concepto de igualdad bien asumido mientras que otros y otras todavía no se dan cuenta de las diferencias. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto ha sido imprescindible la colaboración tanto del alumnado del centro que ha tomado parte en el mismo como del profesorado y la Dirección. El proyecto se ha centrado en una nueva organización del patio para alumnado de 5º y 6º de Educación Primaria; 64 alumnos y alumnas, más concretamente, 36 chicos y chicas de 5º y 28 de 6º. Hemos utilizado diferentes herramientas para la recogida de información, como la observación y el día a día, entre otras. Además, al finalizar cada semana hemos entregado una hoja de evaluación al alumnado, tanto para recoger propuestas de mejora como para conseguir valiosa información.

[EN] This work has been based on methodology at the service of learning and in order to do so I have researched a school and its needs within this field. Therefore, one of our goals when designing this investigation project was to offer a brand new organization of the playground, bearing in mind both the inclusion and gender equality. The playground space was divided into 6 areas and, as expected, the most popular one was the pelota court. We managed to provide both boys and girls with the same opportunities to play in all the areas; that is, thay had a balanced distribution of the space. Besides, we have confirmed that whereas some of the students have internalised the concept of equality, some others do not realise the differences. In order to achieve it, the cooperation of students, teachers and Management has been essential. The project has focused on a new playground offer for students of both 5th and 6th courses; 64 male and female students, 36 belonging to 5th course and 28 to 6th. We have collected information through various tools including observation and daily activities, among others. Besides, at the end of each week we have handed out an evaluation sheet so that students could include improvement proposals and also, in order to collect valuable information.
