Inoren kargura ez dauden gazte atzerritarrak adin-nagusitasunaren eta COVID-19aren aurrean

Abstract

[EUS] Ikerketa honen helburua inoren kargura ez dauden adingabeak adinez nagusi direnean pairatzen duten egoera eta Covid-19ak egunerokotasunean izan ditzakeen eraginak aztertzea da. Gazte hauek adingabeak direnean gobernuak babesteko beharra dauka, baina behin adin-nagusitasuna lortzean, zaurgarritasun egoera larrian geratzen dira. Ondorioz, ikerketa honen bitartez hiru emaitza bilatu nahi dira: gazte hauek adin-nagusitasuna lortzean errekurtsoak aurkitzeko zein hauetara sartzeko dituzten zailtasunak azaleratzea, errekurtso hauek beraien gizarteratzea bermatzen duten ala ez baieztatzea, eta Covid-19aren krisiak gazte hauen egunerokotasunean izan ditzakeen ondorioak aztertzea. Lau elkarrizketa egin ostean, baieztatu daiteke egun, adinez nagusi diren gazteak babesteko dagoen sistemak gabezi asko dituela eta babes sistema honen helburua ez dela gazteen gizarteratzea bermatzea.

[EN] This dissertation aims to show the situation unaccompanied migrant minors suffer once they are adults and the consequences Covid-19 can have on them. While they are minors, the government must protect them, but once they turn eighteen, they are in a vulnerable position. Therefore, with this research, we aim to obtain three results: the difficulties migrants have when they are adults to obtain help, whether the help provided allows them to integrate into society and the consequences that Covid-19 can have in their daily life. After conducting four interviews, we can claim that the system that has to protect the unaccompanied migrants has lots of flaws and its main objective is not to integrate the migrants into nowadays society.

[ES] El objetivo de esta investigación es enseñar la situación que sufren los migrantes no acompañados una vez obtienen la mayoría de edad y las posibles consecuencias que puede tener la Covid-19 en su día a día. Mientras son menores, el gobierno tiene la obligación de protegerlos, pero una vez cumplen dieciocho años se encuentran en una situación de vulnerabilidad. Por ello, mediante esta investigación se quieren adquirir tres respuestas: las dificultades que los migrantes tienen para obtener ayudas cuando son mayores de edad, saber si la ayuda que obtienen les permite integrarse en la sociedad y las posibles consecuencias de la Covid-19 en el día a día. Después de llevar a cabo cuatro entrevistas podemos afirmar que el actual sistema de protección de los jóvenes migrantes tiene carencias y que cuyo objetivo principal no es asegurar la integración de estos jóvenes en la sociedad.
