Lehen Hezkuntzako irakasleek haurren transexualitatearen inguruan duten formakuntzaren analisia

Abstract

[ES] Con esta investigación se pretendía analizar cuál es la formación que el profesorado actual tiene en torno a la transexualidad infantil para saber si el sistema educativo está capacitado para dar respuesta a las necesidades de los menores trans*. Para ello, se realizó una encuesta a profesores de diferentes edades y centros del País Vasco y como resultado se obtuvieron diferentes respuestas entre las que destacaba el desconocimiento hacia ciertos aspectos del tema. Los resultados concluyeron que los profesionales de la educación todavía tienen grandes dudas sobre cómo actuar ante un caso de transexualidad en el aula dado que la mayoría no ha recibido formación al respecto.

[EU] Ikerketa honen bidez, egungo irakasleek haurren transexualitateari buruz duten prestakuntza aztertu nahi zen, hezkuntza-sistema trans* adingabeen beharrei erantzuteko gai den jakiteko. Horretarako, Euskal Herriko adin eta ikastetxe desberdinetako irakasleei inkesta bat egin zitzaien eta, emaitza gisa, erantzun desberdinak lortu ziren, gaiaren alderdi batzuetan ezjakintasuna nabarmentzen zutenak. Emaitzen arabera, hezkuntzako profesionalek ikasgelan transexualitate-kasu baten aurrean nola jokatzearen inguruan zalantza handiak dituztela ondorioztatu zen, gehiengoak ez baitu horren inguruko prestakuntzarik jaso.

[EN] This research aimed to analyze what is the training that current teachers have concerning children’s transsexuality to know if the education system is capable of responding to the needs of trans* children. In order to do this, a survey was conducted to teachers of different ages and centers of the Basque Country and, as a result, different responses were obtained, among which the lack of knowledge about certain aspects of the subject was highlighted. The results concluded that education professionals still have great doubts about how to deal with a case of transsexuality in the classroom since most of them have not received training about it.
