[EUS] Ikerketa honen helburua, Gipuzkoako emakume gazteen hitzetatik abiatuta, hauen aisialdiko jarduera fisiko eta kirol azturak ezagutzea izan zen, zein motibazio zituzten eta zein oztopo. Honetarako ikuspegi feministak eta eredu sozioekologikoa ardatz izanik, eta metodologia misto bat erabiliz egin zen ikerketa. Talde eztabaidak egin ziren, emakume talde ezberdinekin, eta Gipuzkoako emakumeei galdetegi bat ere pasa zitzaien. Motibazioak aztertuz gero, gehienak estereotipo eta gorputz irudiarekin erlazionatu zituzten, bai eta jarduera fisiko eta kirolaren izaera sozializatzailearekinere. Oztopoetan, ordea, aurretik izandako esperientziak, zaintza lanak edo bizitza etapan aldaketa handiak izatea azpimarratu zuten. Emakumeek adierazi zuten emakumeentzako programa espezifikoak garatzeak eta euren beharren araberako eskaintza izateak asko lagunduko lukeela parte hartzean, autokonfidantza indartzeko aukera emanez. [EN] The aim of this study was to analyse the leisure sports and physical activity habits of young women in Guipúzcoa, their motives and the barriers they face when practising sports. The study was based on feminist theories and the socio-ecological model. A mixed methodology was used, with focus groups and a questionnaire. When analysing the reasons for practising, it was observed that the main reasons were related to stereotypes and body image, as well as to the socialising aspect of sport and physical activity. On the other hand in relation to barriers, it was observed that previous experiences, care work and changes in life stage played an important role. All women agreed that promoting specific programmes for women would help in the practice of physical activity and boost women's self-esteem.
