ERP Sistema hautaketa eta onarpen prozesuaren azterketa eta optimizaioa

Abstract

[EUS] Azterlan honek ERP sistema moderno bat inplementatzeko proiektu bat aztertzen du. ERP eta enpresaren aurrekariak eta motibazioak aipatzen dira, jarduera hori egitera bultzatu duena jakin behar da, egiten diren urratsak ulertu ahal izateko. Hainbat alderdi lantzen dira, hala nola inplementazioari ekiteko erabakia, programaren aukeraketa eta inplementatzeko modua eta beste alderdi interesgarri batzuk. Kasu zehatz honetan zer erabili den metodologia aipatzen da eta zeintzuk izan diren enpresak jarraitu dituen pausoak. Hautatutako moduluen garrantzia ezartzen da, ekoizpen-prozesu erraza baina ondo antolatua egin ahal izateko. Enpresako antolakuntza aipatzen da eta nola enpresa bakoitzaren analisia egin behar den honelako teknologia berriak ezarri nahi direnean. [ES] Este estudio analiza un proyecto para implementar un sistema ERP moderno. Se mencionan los antecedentes y motivaciones de ERP y de la empresa, es necesario conocer los antecedentes que le ha llevado a realizar esta actividad para poder entender los pasos que se dan durante el desarrollo. Se trabajan aspectos como la decisión de iniciar la implementación, la elección del programa y la forma de implementarlo, además, de otros aspectos de interés. En este caso concreto se hace referencia a la metodología utilizada y a los pasos seguidos por la empresa. Se establece la importancia de los módulos seleccionados para poder realizar un proceso productivo sencillo, pero bien organizado. Se hace referencia a la organización de la empresa y cómo hay que hacer un análisis de cada empresa cuando se quieren implantar nuevas tecnologías como ésta. Conocer los beneficios y riesgos y se explica el proceso a realizar tras la implantación y el presupuesto a pagar. Al tratarse de una tecnología relativamente nueva, es necesario conocer otros estudios realizados y comparar los procesos para conocer los pasos a seguir en los próximos años.

[EN] This study analyses a project to implement a modern ERP system. The background and motivations of ERP and the company are mentioned, it is necessary to know the background that has led to this activity in order to understand the steps that are taken during the development. Aspects such as the decision to start the implementation, the choice of the program and the way to implement it, as well as other aspects of interest are discussed. In this particular case, reference is made to the methodology used and the steps followed by the company. The importance of the modules selected to be able to carry out a simple but well-organized production process is established. Reference is made to the organization of the company and how each company must be analyzed when new technologies such as this one are to be implemented. The benefits and risks are explained, as well as the process to be carried out after implementation and the budget to be paid. As this is a relatively new technology, it is necessary to know about other studies carried out and compare the processes in order to know the steps to follow in the coming years.
